Once the video is completed we embed it into a specially created webpage that can be linked to via real estate websites or simply pasted into emails to directly send to people.
In addition, we also create a Google Earth encoded file. when the viewer clicks on the button Google Earth automatically opens and zooms in to the the subject properties location. From within Google Earth the viewer can play the video while also exploring the area surrounding the property from an aerial perspective. We also create a Google Street View link within the page enabling the viewer to have an interactive 360 degree virtual tour looking from the street to the property. This gives a possible buyer the means to have a look at the location of the property as if they were in a car driving down the street.
The layout of this page includes contact details and is also customised to the look of the real estate company that is marketing the property, if that applies, with links back to their website listing of the property. Please click on the working examples below:
