What Will My Video Include?
- Filming of the properties exterior, including grounds and street location

- All videos will be shot by professional camera operators, using broadcast quality cameras
- All videos will be edited at our high-end post production facilities
- Upload to You Tube, Link to your property in Google Earth and street view.

How Long Will The Video Take To Complete?
- In most cases the process from shoot to posting online will take 3 working days.
How Much Notice Do I Need To Give?
- As a guide aim to give us 5 working days notice of a required shoot.
How Long Will The Shoot Take?
- You should allow 2 hours for the filming of the property.
What If I Want To Make Additions Or Alterations?
- Any additions or alterations to the video will incur extra costs. As a result it is imperative that agents and vendors make it clear, in the provided form, any specific requirements they may have for the way the video is filmed and edited.
How Should The Property Be Prepared For Filming?
- In order for the filming of the property to be achieved in the most efficient and effective manner it is essential that the property has been appropriately prepared prior to our camera operators arriving. Our camera operators will be under instruction not to move or re arrange anything in the house. This is essential to the speed of the shoot, but also to reduce the risk of any damage to the vendor’s property. Please refer to our recommendations for preparing your home here.
What If The Weathers Bad?
- We will be able to shoot the interiors of the property even if it is raining, but, depending on the circumstances it maybe more appropriate to reschedule the entire shoot. We have wet weather covers for our cameras so the rain will have to be fairly heavy to totally prevent shooting outside.
